 ASA - Advertising standards authority - regulates adverts on TV, Radio and Film,

BBFC - British board of film classification - regulates film age ratings and music videos

Ofcom - Office of communications - regulates complaints on radio and TV programmes

IPSO - Independent press standards organisation - regulates prints, magazines, newspapers, and social media news.

PEGI - Pan European Germany information - Regulates game age ratings 


Livingstone and Lund think the needs of a citizen (moral and ethical) are in conflict with the needs of the consumer, because protection, can limit freedom.


Personally I believe as a citizen, it is not necessary for us as the public to know about Boris Johnson' s personal life.
